Bandana Bhowmick

Bandana enjoyed art from a very early age especially watercolors and colored pencils. A post graduate in English Literature, she held on to her passion for drawing and painting and used it to express herself wherever she has worked. Riyaaz Academy gave her an opportunity to explore various art forms and strengthened her keen interest. Drawing every day in her watercolor visual journal, she believes that “it is in everyday things around us that the beauty of life lies” and finds the inspiration therein to create artwork for children’s literature.
