Abira Bandopadhyaya

I am an artist who also happens to be an engineer with a Masters in Visual arts Degree from Ambedkar University, Delhi. I meticulously try to observe, scrutinize and illustrate the innumerate experiences of surviving in the midst of the socio-political arena today, which I also happen to witness and elaborate upon as a wandering “woman” body who is trying to subvert the much-naturalized web of control that engulfs us. I thoroughly enjoy and completely invest into discerning the wrangles of a literary text by conceptualising thought-provoking illustrations.
